PMK_KVS_Barrier duplicate request from task 0

Since we modified the Intel MPI module file to implicitly set I_MPI_PMI_LIBRARY (that point to the MPI interface library), jobs launched with mpirun may fail with:

srun: error: PMK_KVS_Barrier duplicate request from task 0

The problem might only fail with the Intel 19.0.5.281 (might be worth a check).

We should at least try to complete the troubleshooting.
