The 3 national HPC facilities (CINES, IDRIS, TGCC) requires that you specify exactly from which machine you are goins to connect to them. The procedure might differ from one place to another, but it boils down to providing a list of machine name (FQDN) and address (IP).

If you are planning to connect from OCA, you need to provide fixed IP addresses. You won't be able to connect directly from WiFi or through a VPN that is no provided by OCA (but you can still connect to an intermediate machine to be in an authorized configuration).
