Purpose of the processing of personal data The IP address of the visitors are kept in a log file during one year, according the the French laws.

Third parties to whom personal data is disclosed No raw data will be released to third parties. Nothing will be publicly published except by the users themselves.

All user's activities will be attributed to him/her. The attribution will be visible as per the project visibility policy chosent by the project owner. Any changes (for example changing a project for a public visibily) is attributed to the project owner.

Data retention User profile is deleted upon request.

Any personal data published by the user on OCA Gitlab service will be kept online and backup.

Log files containing IP addresses are deleted automatically after one year.
